I'm reading this article: BSC 2022: Build N' Build
Binance mentions that they will deploy a new type of chain called BSC Partition Chain (BPC). From my understanding, there's Binance Chain (BC) in the beginning. Then Binance Smart Chain (BSC) is added to support the smart contract feature. This BSC is a parallel chain to BC.
Because BSC has become congested, hence this new BPC feature is introduced to offload data processing from BSC. It will become a parallel chain to BSC
Is my understanding correct?
