There was a period in my BTC journey where Coinbase froze my account for suspicious behavior.
After taking the steps to prove nothing fishy was going on, I checked every day if I could transfer my BTC to a wallet. These attempts display as “BTC Sent - Failed” on the exchange.
At the time, I didn’t know about the significance of keeping the number of UTXOs low.
Now that I do know, my question is, do failed BTC transactions create UTXOs?
I’d guess, no, but my OCD won’t let me feel content with just a guess.
I did try searching for this, but found no real answers. Thanks in advance for any help.
