Ticketmaster is in hot water — again — and facing a fine after an 'unprecedented' number of people were sold fake tickets to a Bad Bunny concert. Not only sold fake tickets. Some people who bought REAL tickets were denied entry. It follows Ticketmaster's Taylor Swift debacle last month.
NFTs can actually solve this issue, as the artist would'nt need to rely ona 3rd party like Ticketmaster or Live Nation (wich actually are the same company) and could sell ticketing NFT directly to their fans, pocketing more and ensuring the fans don't get screwed by a therd party like Ticketmaster.
