Do not use Binance P2P lightning UPI in India

Lately Binance unveiled one thing referred to as lightning UPI for his or her P2P transactions whereby it's essential scan a qr Code and full the cost.

I did the same, my cost obtained deducted. Nevertheless, on the display as an alternative of the standard "transferred notify to vendor", I acquired "Accomplished" which was first greyed out.

After a couple of minutes the finished button appeared and I clicked on it but then nothing happened and it greyed out once more. Then the button appeared again, I clicked once more and it greyed out once more.

This stored occurring.

Finally the 15 mins time offered to finish the transaction lapsed and my order was cancelled by system.

The seller "IRONMAN" can also be very uncooperative and didn't respond once during the whole chat. I created a new order with him and he didn't reply there as nicely.

I recommend to avoid lightning UPI.

I've lost 1000 and now I can't even attraction the order because technically it acquired timed out by the system. Now I just have a case ID registered with Binance and no one helps.

BEWARE. DO NOT USE LIGHTNING UPI ON DESKTOP.

Edit - My case ID is 96072811 in case someone from Binance is studying this.

Edit 2 - Binance P2P lastly reached out to me asking me for my financial institution details to reverse the transaction amount.
