Do people not realise that there’s already quite a few block chains that have smart contacts but nobody uses them?

I keep seeing comments about ADA and how smart contacts are going to change everything but I don’t think most people realise smart contacts already exist on a few block chains but nobody uses them much.

Neo and tezos are 2 that I can think of off the top of my head. Both used to be top 10 coins at one stage until the hype died down.

I’m not trying to shit on ADA. I’m just hoping that people realise that smart contacts aren’t really a big deal in the crypto space.

Network effects seem to be the most important thing and at the moment it’s all with ethereum.
