Do we consider Tom Lee a meme at this point

Every few weeks Tom Lee (Fundstrat CEO) is in the news with another pie in the sky prediction on where BTC prices are going. Most recently he said it "could" hit a new high by year-end. In September it was "easily" $200,000 by Christmas.

I would love if his (and Cathy Wood's) predictions would come true, including BTC exceeding $1-$3 million, but at t this point the predictions are nothing more than wishes and make him look like a joke.
