I'll be totally honest, I don't tip Moons very often and I have never once given out any of my BAT earned from Brave Rewards. As a former service industry worker, however, I have always tipped generously (usually with cash, even on credit purchases) in person. Handing away my earned tokens online just somehow feels different. A great portion of that, admittedly, is likely inherent speculation greed, especially with Moons, but also because of having had a lack of personal interaction in service. Tipping over the internet feels more like an assumed fee than an appreciative thank you, and I'm really not evolved to that point or familiar enough with consuming a lot of that type of content. I realize there is probably a growing importance of this but I'm not really there yet. I'm not sure what would get me to change, though from a psychological perspective, I wonder if offering a smaller subset of the tokens under the main social token might encourage me to be charitable more often.
What do you guys think? Be real with me... do you tip online? Or, do you create content or offer a service - if so what are your feelings on how this evolution has related to you? I have an open mind, please share your candid feels.
