Does an Onchain Private Equity Fund that acquires real-world companies align with the Ethereum ecosystem's objectives?

I've been pondering a critical question as we edge closer to the anticipated bull run, and while I share the enthusiasm, I want to shift our focus slightly from the prevalent scalability discussions. The key to propelling Ethereum to the forefront of the global ecosystem lies in introducing innovative use cases. Our continuous quest for liquidity in Web3 projects presents a paradox that might hold a groundbreaking solution.

Consider this: instead of only relying on the channeling real-world liquidity onto the blockchain, what if we also reverse the flow? By leveraging onchain liquidity to attract and integrate real-world use cases, we could significantly enlarge the ecosystem's pie, protect our philosophy, while creating diverse and sustainable growth opportunities for all stakeholders.

Imagine establishing an onchain Private Equity fund dedicated to acquiring real-world companies. This fund would work like a traditional Private Equity fund, but issue tokens representing securities in fund, thus blending traditional business models with blockchain's revolutionary potential. The typicall investor of this fund would be a big token holder that wants to diversify his assets and i know that ERC-3643 would allow to comply on the regulations to be able to operate this type of fund. As an experienced entrepreneur, with strong finance background, who has built a tech business valued at 100M€ and is currently developing a private equity firm aimed at creating sector-leading platforms through market consolidation, I believe this concept could significantly benefit the Ethereum ecosystem if deployed onchain.

This approach not only offers a novel pathway for onchain funds to impact the real economy but also opens up Ethereum to a broader range of investment opportunities and use cases. By creating a symbiotic relationship between onchain liquidity and real-world assets, we can foster a more robust, diversified, and resilient ecosystem.

So, I turn to you, the community, for your insights: Do you see the creation of an onchain Private Equity fund that acquires real-life companies as a relevant and beneficial addition to our ecosystem? Would this initiative align with Ethereum's goals and values, and should I pursue it onchain ?

I'm eager to hear your thoughts and engage in a constructive discussion on how we can collectively enhance the Ethereum ecosystem's value and utility.

Best,
AFB
