Does anybody actually tip moons?

I've been spending some time over at the bannano sub reddit and noticed that they tip each other a lot. It's pretty visible because you have to use the bot on a comment but it made me wonder if people on this sub actually tip each other moons?

I've probably tipped moons five times that I can remember so I'm not sure if others to more of less.

Also does anybody tip Bat?

I know the option to tip Bat isn't available on mobile and maybe that lowers the amount of people tipping.

Just wondering if you do tip what's the reason and if you don't tip is it because you expect moons or bat to shoot up in value in the future?
