Does anyone else's mood change in tandem with the crypto market?

Preface: I'm aware of removing my emotions out of the market, to invest only what I can afford to lose, etc. This is why I'm only 60% of my pathetic networth in crypto lol. Also have a small emergency fund, and have taken some profit.

But still, my mood flows with the market. When it pumps, even a measly 5%, I feel great. When it drops 20%, I don't like it. I'm not happy at all.

I mean, I know the market can't go up forever. But I can't deny that pumping feels great. If you're still reading this, the cutest animals are baby kittens, puppies, and fluffy bunnies.
