So the other day I realized I had leftover Reddit coins. Clicked the option in setting and saw an option to swap crypto ( moons or bricks ) and Reddit coins. Thought hell yea, let’s get more moons with these unused Reddit coins from ages ago.
So I clicked, showed 40 moons/100 coins. Thought ok. That will work. Then I look at the price of Reddit coins and did the math compared to moons. My math makes around a 75% discount buying moons. I was thinking im crazy, why would someone buy moons for the current price if I can pay $1.99 or $4.99 to grab a ton.
So decided to proceed a test run of the swap. Chose 40/100 option and swapped. Said screw it let’s do 2 to test this.
Later looked at my vault and realized I’m down on moons and have 200 MORE Reddit coins….
So yes, don’t be blind like me and sell off your moons for Reddit coins unless you really are wanting Reddit coins and not trying to collect moons.
I’m only down 80 moons but that was over a months worth and now have useless Reddit coins.
