Alot of newbies, including me ruined our sleep at first when we started investing in crypto. At first it was just waking up in the middle of the night just to check charts. Then just outright stopped sleeping to look at charts.
This habit is not good for your health. Sleep is very important. When you wake up, do your daily chores and exercise. Locking at charts first thing in the morning is not a good habit.
If the chart is green, you'd feel happy, but if its red, it would ruin your mood.
It will take time, but try to avoid looking at charts, it took me alot of time to get back to my sleep schedule. And it's good now.
