Downvoting bots

Anybody notice the horde of downvoting bots? It's honestly just really surprising and I know it's been brought up before but whether it's bots or humans some ppl literally go thru an entire thread and downvote every single comment. Is it just people trying to have fewer moons in circulation cuz they think that'll help the value grow?

I get some is just toxic downvoting but there seems to be a lot of serial downvoting as well. What are people's thoughts?

TLDR; have you noticed downvoting bots/humans? Why do you think it's happening?
