Electrum but for Ethereum ERC20?

Hello everyone!

I'm a crypto newbie looking for advice.

I've got an Eletrum wallet for BTC with many addresses and I can choose which address I send the money from. I can also create many different addresses on Electrum.

I'm looking for the same features but with Electrum -- is there a wallet (preferably self-hosted like Electrum but that's not essential) like that that would allow me to have control over my addresses and which one I hold the money in, send money from, etc?

My understanding is that with a lot of the online platforms, you don't have this type of control.
