Back in June I was interested in getting an ENS name. I searched to see if it was available, and it was, and about 2 weeks later when I went to buy it it had already been taken by goodnames.
It's not a name that would be of value to anyone else (just a name I decided to use for a project I'm doing, partly picked as it wasn't taken) so I can only assume they must have known it was searched for. It took until this month to buy it from them, a very big time waste for me. Nobody else bid on it or made any offers.
