I had a binance.com account and waited until 2021 to open a binance.us account. I had some ERC-20 BNB coins stored in a wallet and would like to exchange my old BNB to the mainnet new BNB but I can't seem to get my binance.us account verified. It won't even let me go through the basic verification process, let alone the more advanced one requiring photo ID.
I've had a ticket open for about 2 months now which has felt like an eternity. Are there any other ways around going through the binance exchange to swap my old BNB coins to the new ones so I can cash out? Alternatively, should I try accessing binance.com from out of the country? I'll actually be going on vacation outside the country if that helps. Or if I'm using a VPN, is there a specific country I should opt to use? Any I should avoid?
Any help with this is appreciated. Thanks in advanced.
