Eth not showing on exchange wallet

I’ve sent Eth from my coin base wallet to my OceanEx wallet by copying and pasting the wallet from within the app. It’s been 4 days and the Eth has still not showed up. I’ve sent it to this wallet in the past and it has showed up pretty fast. For some reason it’s not showing up this time. Have I been hacked or my Eth stolen? It shows on block explorer that it’s there but I’m not seeing it in wallet. Even shows under internal transaction. Please help. Thank you!
