ETH to 14K, hopium or an actual technical prediction?

Made a post before explaining how I think the current trend will show a pump with a healthy correction close to the previous ATH. Current hype news outlets have dived deeper showing evidence of a fibonacci growth trend, with an exponential term that could bring about the possibility of ETH hitting 14k by the end of the year. As much as I'd like to believe that overly generous technical prediction I think something similar will happen but probably with 7K being the new ATH this year. What do you all think? Are these predictions sensible or hopium?
