I want to store my passwords in the most universally accessible place and retrieve them from the command line whenever I create a new server.
I don’t know much about blockchain but the idea is the data would be encrypted so nobody could read my passwords but I could decrypt them because I had the key.
Someone seemed to create a project like this but it hasn’t been updated in 4 years: https://github.com/Margatroid/blockchain-password
Is there anything like this now or any similar workaround? I don’t want to use LastPass or anything, I want to use something blockchain, not just cloud, and something open source I can fetch from the command line.
Or as a last resort could I just store a text file in Storj? I’d much rather it be structured data I could query, as in “return password X” returns just that password.
Thanks very much
