[EU] Binance permanently closed account with no explanation

I'm just leaving this for the document, so individuals understand how shitty this platform is nowdays for EU users nowadays. I think mainly as a result of they are pressured to have compliance overwatch from US (as a result of courtroom order) and MICA laws.

So right here is the story that lead to my account closure: "[Binance] Account Deactivation Discover"

My account: 8 yr previous account EU. No fiat transactions, uncommon crypto deposits. Principally BTC transactions. Some secure cash.

Brief story:

1. Early 2025, binance asks for rationalization for crypto deposit.

I feel it was like 1 BTC deposit and 30 xmr deposit, shortly before they have been delisting monero. I sent it to transform to btc, before delisting takes place. Did conversion to btc and withdrew funds.

All documentation is offered. screenshots from pockets and no additional questions are requested. Account operates without drawback for subsequent months.

2. August 2025, binance asks for EDD verification, including PoW, SoW. Blocks future deposits, allows withdrawals.

They receive in depth documentation inside hours. Statements from platforms like IBKR, different exchanges. The estimated EDD completion time is 10 days.

3. The 10 days, turns into 3 months of waiting with 0 info.

I had to ask about 4 occasions about my state of affairs on the chat. Every time waiting around 2 hours. Every time i get sent from one CS representative to a different, all the time in the long run to get response from help with the same factor "We're making an attempt as fast as potential."

4. November 2025, Finally after three months.. something occurs perhaps because of my continous strain to maneuver ahead with verification. They shut my account. zero questions about EDD documents i've submitted, zero questions about something. zero means to export knowledge. Simply GTFO.

I think they did that as a result of i was continously asking on chat, when they may full verificaiton (which was taking three months to date).

Now i don't even have an choice to export knowledge from account, for tax reasons. Comparable to csv spot transactions, futures.

General that's binance in EU in 2025. Works identical to coinbase years in the past. MiCA killed this platform.
