At the top of the sub yesterday I saw a video of the blackrock ceo and the first word that he said was "crypto" and not bitcoin. This is problematic because we are letting people think that coins with animals on them (meme coins) are safe.
I've seen two people with decent platforms now say that we believe that "crypto" is a hedge against inflation, believing that we do not differ between the two.
It's a two-steps-forward-one-step-back process, but if we say bitcoin instead of crypto, people will understand the message better..
