Everyone saying we're in a bear, are we sure?

Been reading people's sentiment regularly over the past few months, and recently I've seen a minority of users think we already are in a bull market, I myself don't know but I'd like to.

Just like with most things in the world, people's interpretation of what a bear or bull market is, seems to be different, even considerably.

Definitions aside since crypto doesn't really follow the traditional rules per se, I'm really stuck wondering what people consider a bull or even bear market.

Right now, do you think we are in a bear or bull market, and what would the criteria be FOR YOU to consider the start of a bull market?

I've heard anything from pricing, to media sentiment, to your grandma's talking about it.
