Falling on somewhat hard times, some advice?

Might be over reactive as I’m only on day two or an alcohol detox which can make you feel quite depressed and hopeless (was hospitalised and fucked) and have been going to the dentist for a root canal which is around $3k AUD.

I have some savings but also some other things coming up that will make it hard with the savings so I’m flirting with the idea on selling some or all coins to survive a while longer before going back to work (ops management)

I quit my job during one of my last benders because, well, alcohol makes you fucking stupid. That was in may so yeah, savings have gone down a fair bit.

Guess I’m looking for either advice, love, or to be told I’m a fuckhead for thinking about it.
