Fast forward a month, this will all be behind us and prices will be back up. Hope you didn't sell at a loss.

Yeah we would have liked to start the new year with a new ATH but part of the crypto is taking these gut punches and finding a way to get through the fight. Best way to do this.

Rule #1: Do not sell at a loss. Everyone's portfolio is in the red, lets say deep red right now. I'm down about 70% from the most recent ATH. Selling now would be the dumbest move ever. Hold on to what you got, if you don't sell you won't lose your coins. Once the price goes back up you will get back to new ATHs. My portfolio ATH back in May was nothing compared to 2021 Q4 ATHs. Nice part about that is that even with this current dump, my portfolio still has profit on it from original cost basis

Rule #2: DCA if you can, your portfolio will thank you later for buying up all these sale prices now.

Rule #3: Maybe this should be Rule #1, enjoy life through these crashes. Don't fixate on it and stop doing everything you enjoy. The market will rebound, its not as gloom as it appears, so in the meantime try to do something fun or healthy that helps your mind and body through the next few weeks or month.

Hope this helps a few folks get through this time. Me personally going to finally pick up my Xbox Series X today that I have been trying to get at a reasonable price today and planning to play the shit out of it. ????
