fiat update - Bifinity/Skrill

Can anyone give me the low down on the fiat-bifinity/skrill update.
On the face of it, binance want me to share my personal info with skrill and bifinity.

But they also make it clear these 2 are not regulated under the fca or fscs.
And they point out funds in bifinity would be gone if binance failed.

Doesnt make me overly confident with that kind of approach. My acc is fully verified so unsure of why theyve move in this direction.

I just want to purchase some crypto with fiat, only a small amount.

Any info or advice?
