This is not a condemnation on the moderators themselves but a question about moderating the frequency of same old, same old content and inquiries.
There have been a tonne of new entrants in the sub which is great, but things are becoming repetitive and stale. Is there any way to step up the moderation where it pertains to repetitive topics? Maybe a bot that could let users know that they should have a look at the sidebar and get their answers there by putting in the proof of work?
There is still some great nuggets, thoughtful and insightful people, and engaging content, but the which wallet questions and ridiculous price predictions etc. have turned r/bitcoin into a spam sub at this point.
Some dude had their post removed earlier this morning for bringing up the same topic but Iβm hoping to start a thread where we can have a respectful dialogue and maybe make some constructive suggestions for the mods about the future of the sub and where we as the subscribers want to see it go.
I appreciate most of you. I continue to learn a lot!
Much love. ????
