Like others, I felt late to the game and persuaded myself I needed to look for other coins that could grow. BTC solves a real problem. It is truly decentralised, trustless, limited in supply and transactions are fast and cheap on the lightning network.
Other problems are trying to invent problems that need solving, and not only that, doing it in a poor way. Smart contracts are only useful for crypto price speculation, everything else needs a centralised authority/api. I don't see it revolutionising the finance industry, but if it does it can be done on the bitcoin network.
I'm happy to be all in on BTC and have been stacking up in the past month or so. Better late then never :)
