Back in 2017/2018 I turned $4000 into 65k AUD with XRB nano, what was then called raiblocks and a little bit on ripple when it went past bitcoins market cap. This rapidly dropped to 10k at which point I pulled everything out and swore I'd stay away from crypto. I had 3btc at the peak... I still think about it.
I jumped back in 2 months ago after I started DCAing into a few ETFs doing the same thing here. Tonight is the first time I've opened my kraken app or any brokerage app, seen everything bleeding and immediately transferred more money to buy rather than stare at the candles thinking if I should sell now and rebuy later on just loosing sleep over it.
