Finding trading algorithm on trading history

Hey everyone, I hope luck is treating all you well today.

I'm a programmer with a lot of aspirations and currently I'm spending my free time developing smth like a trading bot (no, I'm not looking for buyers). I've nailed the actual system already, I read current prices when they change and buy when some specific conditions are met. The issue is the list of conditions itself, since a lot of traders don't only blindly follow rules but also use their own well developed intuition and feelings, which machines lack by definition.
While going through strategies I've come across a blatant issue of requiring plenty of time to actually validate if strategy is good or not. Coding it in takes minutes but then, since I'm mostly looking at 30-120 minute timeframes, it takes a while to actually work out if this strategy has any promise or it should be dropped.

The question is, is there any way to get not only candle history from Binance (which I already do, to calculate some indicators that require a lot of previous info), but also to get trade history in bulk. As in I can read that some hour the candle had some OHLC values, but I can't possibly know how and when were they hit, and if, for example my target profit and stoploss are both covered by high and low, I wouldn't be able to know which was hit first.

Any suggestions and advices are appreciated.
