Yes I’ve contacted customer service and for some reason not allowed to post on Strike sub (weird since have never tried posted there so never been banned)
Briefly, purchased BTC yesterday and then tried to send to hardware wallet. Not only could I not send the full amount of BTC, but the amount of BTC (not USD) that I could send kept (and keeps) fluctuating, and I have sent screenshots to Strike as proof. I highly doubt this is some BTC network issue. Has anyone else run into this problem? Thanks and I don’t respond to any DMs.
