Focus on coins that showed good progress prior to halving VS coins that have not developed yet.

Dear all,

I would like to make some adjustments to my long term portfolio.

A question that I struggle with is if I should place more emphasis on coins that already showed good performance and market interest - at the expense that they may be overbought VS coins that have not strong price developments yet (which may be oversold right now may indicate that they are doomed projects and they never will grow).

This question is specially relevant with the upcoming halving and the typically good growth shown in December.
