For me Personally, FOMO hits way harder when I want to SELL crypto compared to when I want to BUY crypto. How do you Deal with this?

We all know there reigns a pretty big 'just HODL' sentiment in this sub. Some would even watch the value of a certain crypto fall back all the way to 0, because 'you never lose money if you never sell'.

FOMO starts to hit me when prices start dropping hard. Why? Because I might be able to sell, take a profit, and but it back at a lower price. But FOMO hits me the hardest when I actually want to sell crypto solely for the profit. Even when I really need the money.

I just like most of you believe that the value of most legit crypto will keep rising over time. That`s why whenever I want to take a profit I really struggle, because I`m convinceed that if I wait longer, I can take even more profit.

The only thing that helps me right now, is that I only take profit when I really need the money for something in my personal life. Yeah yeah, you can conclude that I`m in crypto for the money. Forgive me, but I need it.

I often see posts on how to deel with FOMO for buying crypto, but how do you guys deal with FOMO when selling crypto?
