Found 100 usd in old wallet. I have private keys but not the passphrase. Can i recover it?

I was looking through old wallets i own to see if they are empty.

I found one with 100USD. I wrote the private keys in a text file along with the wallet.dat but i don't remember the password to decrypt it.

I do have the private keys. Do i just import the private keys to a new wallet and set a new password?
