From Coinbase to Binance virtual card.

I have issues with receiving my money, i sent it from coinbase to binance virtual card (eur). in the first time everything worked well and i received my money within 3 days. In the second time I sent money to the same binance virtual card and the euro amount was much bigger, it was on september 7. I received a gmail, " A withdrawal of €...... has been started " and i needs to arrive by September 10! Coinbase also shows "completed" but i didn't receive any money! its september 14 today and still didn't receive my money! binance support can't help me, also i can't find binances gmail to text em!

Anyone can help? because where the fuck is my money!!!
