FTX Bankruptcy Claim Filing

Hi,

I have a few questions regarding FTX claim filing. I have been following updates and submitted my claim using FTX portal at (https://claims.ftx.com/). But recently I received an email saying

The Debtors have determined that you hold an Impaired Claim for which you will not receive any distribution and are therefore deemed to reject the Plan and not entitled to vote. You are entitled to make a decision regarding the Third-Party Releases

I am not sure what am I supposed to do? Am I not receiving the claims?

Also, I am not sure what are we voting for? can someone ELI5?
