futures in Aus

Okay so i've received a query. in Australia i was about to open a futures account as a retail dealer, nevertheless it requested me to do some exam factor which was superb did the exam no prob then it asked me to classify myself. as its just me i assumed refined dealer was one of the best cant keep in mind other options but they have been all principally tied to corporate stuff, then it requested me for proof of being someone who has traded extra then 1 mill AUD in the final 4 of eight quarters, nicely i havent. my query is WTF and WHY ?? and if somebody is aware of a workaround that isnt a VPN or ought to i simply say F@ck it and return to Foreign exchange...
