Gary says Algorand is a security.

So in the claim against Bitrex, apparently Algorand is listed as an unregistered security, hilariously enough there are already videos all over Twitter showing Mr. Gensler lauding Algorand, some might even consider it schilling. Is he at risk of being sued? I imagine lots of good hard working people heard his glowing comments of Algorand and invested money that is now at risk due to him coming after them.
In my opinion this is even worse that the celebrity endorsers that faced lawsuits after "acting" in paid promotions. Hopefully he is held accountable, but we all know he won't be. His time in office he has had multiple opportunities to actually save the little guy from actual harm but did nothing, it istime for this clown to go.
