Geologist seeking El Salvadore employment

I am an English speaking geologist seeking employment specifically in El Salvador to help with their volcano geothermal projects. I have experience in mining exploration geology, however have become disillusioned with simply finding gold, diamonds, etc. to make rich people richer. Rather, I'm a passionate Bitcoiner hoping to help build out our sustainable, equitable, and fair future. I believe this must begin in the developing world and that El Salvador is blazing the way. Are there any companies out there recruiting geologists to build El Salvador and Bitcoin's future?
