getting bitcoin as a minor

Hi! I'm trying to get around $85 of btc (post fees) as a minor and just wanted to check that this would work. I'm trying to use exodus wallet as it doesn't seem to require an ssn/id and I was going to use an atm near me but unfortunately the only one that doesn't only work with specific wallets and takes cash is located in a cannabis dispensary. I might just go anyways and see if anyone actually gives a shit but I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice.
