Getting my Binance account terminated due to loosing money?

I got a mail from Binance "Account Termination Notice". I contacted the support and they tell me "your account has been flagged due to an internal risk assessment". I asked if its cuz i lost some money when learning leverage trading, but they cant even say why my account getting terminated.

I feel so bad because I have no idea what I did wrong. Isnt it allowed to lose money when trying to learn? The funny thing is that I had to stop all my trades I had ongoing and lost even more money because of this. And I knew all those trades would be great because we were all Just waiting for jerome powell speaking last thursday.

Can binance really close my account just because I lost a small part of my money when learning ?
