Getting rid of low value meme-coins?

So yea i play around with memecoins ,don't judge ,i like it.

I am on profit with them but i do have around 15+ coins that are worth less than the gas cost of how much would it cost to sell them.

For example i've got a coin worth 34$ and the gas fee to sell it is around 35 for swap and another 5 usd for approval.

Is there a way i could swap and not lose $ ? i belive i have more than 6-700 usd "stuck" in some of those coins.
