Getting rid of lurkers In the P2P section

In order to get rid of people who are just lurking in the P2P section for months and even years wasting our time yet never completing a single order (Hi / Hello / Are you selling / are you online / send me your credentials etc...) Yet when you do respond to all those answers they just cancel because they've nothing better to do the current 24 hours delay after 3 cancelled operations is not enough but it needs to be incremented over time every time adding another +24 hours

1st 3 consecutive cancels = delay period of 24h

2nd 3 consecutive cancels = previous period + 24 hours (24+24=48h)

3rd 3 consecutive cancels = previous period + 24 hours (48+24=72)

4th 3 consecutive cancels = previous period + 24 hours (72+24=96)

A maximum/hard cap delay period of 30 days (720hours)

And in order to reward serious people every successful completed order will decrement 24 hours from your current delay period
