Got hacked over 30k , cant give me back the money

Holly shit its been a really fucking traumatic week

four days in the past i received hacked with a trojan (stupid mistake) the hacker stole the whole lot and sent the money to their pockets, then that wallet of the hacker withdrew to his binance account I contacted binance. Binance confirmed that the money is in their system, also confirmed that those wallets belonged to me i offered all the data they asked, BUT they stated we dont have permission from the regulation to freeze his account unlees a regulation enforcement contacts us I went to the police raised a case, the cybercrime unit had just one Worker and he stated i m not suitable for this job they put me right here, I have no experience in this and that i cant do it, Went to a different city additionally they stated we cant do this BINANCE NEEDS ONLY 1 e-mail from regulation enforcement, BUT NO ONE CONTACTS THEM FEOM THE POLICE, i went there four days in a row, i legit raised the case midnight the primary day i received hacked I contacted interpol by e mail but they arent answering Binance keeps saying we cant do something without regulation enforcement The hacker has my money i have all the proof but binance wont react without regulation enforcement thats their rules WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO, the police isnt taking actions they are scared because its crypto, nobody knows about know-how and they are on thy cybercrime unit
