 | Binance support is on 6 hours wait time and I cannot find any other answers online I lost all my savings, I hope everyone can be kind about this post :(. I am already devastated enough. My question is: The balance is still negative and will I ever be able to trade on cross margin again or do I need to repay the negative balance first? I thought there was an insurance fund that covers if it goes into liquidation and I expected it to start from 0. It has been hours since the liquidation and it still shows 0.00 margin level.
