Hard assets and funds beyond bitcoin

I'm looking for advice for investment and savings outside of bitcoin. It sounds at first like I'm asking in the wrong r/ but let me explain:

I already have a significant portion of my net worth invested in bitcoin and consider my current position to be medium to long-term; my wife is uncomfortable with putting so much of our hard-earnt money into it, but has agreed given the strength of my conviction and the relative success we've had in it. Therefore, I plan to sell part of my holdings in the coming few years to partially or fully cover the initial investment and take the 'risk' out of the investment.

Although I'd really love to, I don't plan to allocate any more cash to bitcoin. I'm wondering where to put the remainder of my money. I have an investment plan which is spread across a classic portfolio of funds, bonds etc., but given the coming economic storm I can feel in my bones, I'm considering either cashing in or reallocating significantly.

I don't have enough cash for property, but I believe in harder, sounder investments, so I'm wondering if other bitcoiners and believers in sound money have experience or advice for investments beyond bitcoin. I don't like the risk of holding physical gold, but I'm wondering if gold miners or funds could be an option? I'm based in central Europe.
