After doing some research I went with a Blcokstream Jade for my first time dipping my toes into the world of cold storage. Chose it for it's apparent focus on BTC and ease of use.
However 20 minutes in to trying to set it up I'm stuck, rubbed the wrong way, and want to begin my search again for an eve more foolproof hardware wallet.
Somehow I'm being asked to create a pin but am being given no screen to enter a pin on and following the instructions are just sending me in a loop. I reached out to Blockstream support and haven't heard back yet but honestly just want to return this one and hope to find one where even the setup inspires confidence in the ease of use of it.
Any suggestions for a totally foolproof hardware wallet?
P.s. I'm not stupid, just lazy, and a UX designer that holds products to very high standards, and want something that impresses me on first impression, not confuses me with less than phenomenal ux
