I love playing around with stuff so I went from Ledger Nano S to Nano X to Bitbox02 (BTC only) and ordered the Trezor Safe 3 (BTC only edition). Since I was bored until the Trezor arrives, I finally took a look at SeedSigner.
At first sight all these airgapped wallet looked super complicated and awful to use, but nonetheless I gave it a try. Especially since you can buy all the components for a SeedSigner yourself and everything is open source and SeedQR looked funny.
What can I say... this is AWESOME! Not sure what I am doing with my Trezor which will arrive any day now because it just works so beautiful and easy.
In case you are on the fence and not sure: give it a try! You learn a LOT and definitely was worth the money for me (Metal SeedQR for backup too of course...)
Airgapped, Trustless, DIY, Open Source - can't get better I think.
