Has anyone changed careers and started working in crypto? tips ? Im a experienced data science/ analyst trying to break into crypto (as a data scientist). Any tips?

A goal of mine is to find some remote work with high upside exposure to a crypto project working in the data space. Has anyone had a similar transition? Tips? Anyone hiring?

Im Australia based and generally industry agnostic, primarily having worked in data rich industries like airlines, financial services, FMCG (coca cola) and consulting. Crypto is the first industry since airlines that I particularly want to work in. Additionally have experience primarily in greenfield teams / roles i.e. setting up data from 0 to go. Anyone have any experience transitioning into crypto that they would like to share? What is the biggest difference to your previous career path.
