Has i been robbe by BINANCE OR MY BANK?

It happens to me too . But my own is through bank transfer. I deposited €1800 and i was notified that the transaction will take 1to3 days to confirm on my Binance account. And after the 2nd days, Binance notified me that the deposit transaction i made failed ????. I checked my bank account and the money was deducted and i applied to Binance and my bank concerning the issue with all the details from both sides yet nothing is done since 3 months now. Both sides are now playing with me by pointing fingers ????. Binance: it's your bank that is responsible for your money ????. Bank: it's your Binance that is responsible for your money ????. Any further ideas on what i should do or report them?
