Has Nexo recently been the victim of a hack or a data leak?

I have been receiving several spam and hack-related emails regarding cryptocurrencies for several days now, on my email address that I use exclusively for Nexo (It's an email address dedicated to Nexo, never used elsewhere).

I segment my email addresses in this way to determine which site is leaking/selling personal data or being hacked.

In this case, how is it possible that the email address I use exclusively with Nexo is starting to receive scam emails related to cryptocurrency?
And, that I am not alone in this situation, at the same timing?
